A design before a price
We will not quote a build until the data model, the security roles and the licensing are agreed in writing. If the honest answer is that the system should not be built, we say so at that point — before you commit budget.

VioletTech Solutions is a registered South African technology company based in Midrand, Gauteng. We build business software for organisations that need it to work on the first day it goes live — and to keep working long after we have handed it over.
Who we are
A software company built around delivery, not sales.
VioletTech Solutions was founded on a pattern seen from the inside of large organisations: critical processes running on paper forms and spreadsheets, replacement systems quoted at prices that bore no relation to the work involved, and software left behind that nobody could maintain once the original developer moved on.
We built the company to answer all three. Our engagements are scoped by the people who will build them, priced against a written design rather than a guess, and handed over with documentation that lets your own team take it from there.
We are deliberately selective about how much work we take at once. That is a constraint we have chosen, and it is the reason nothing is lost in translation between the first conversation and the deployment.

You own what we build
Source code, documentation, environments and admin access are yours. Your system should never depend on one supplier being reachable, and we build on that assumption.
Built for South African rules
BCEA leave calculations, public holiday handling, POPIA obligations and audit trails are designed in from the start — not configured in afterwards to satisfy an auditor.
Who you deal with
No account managers in the middle.
You will not be introduced to one person and handed to another. The people who sit in your process-mapping session are the people who write the code, run the deployment and train your administrators.
It is the reason we keep the number of concurrent projects low, and the reason nothing gets lost between the first conversation and go-live. When you raise an issue six months later, you are talking to someone who remembers why the system was built that way.

Where the experience comes from.
VioletTech Solutions is a young company. The engineering experience behind it is not. Prior professional delivery has included:
National government
Delivery of enterprise business systems within a national department, including a live registration platform serving an international summit, and taking over maintenance of a legacy ASP.NET system with no documentation or handover. This work was delivered under employment; the systems and their data belong to the department.
Private sector development
Custom system development for private clients, covering CRM design, HR systems and internal business applications across both Power Platform and ASP.NET, from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
