VioletTech Solutions is a registered South African technology company based in Midrand, Gauteng, built on a simple observation: the organisations that need good internal systems the most are usually the ones being quoted the least realistic prices for them.

The company

Small on purpose.

Larger firms solve the capacity problem by putting a junior developer on your project and a senior name on the invoice. We solve it by taking fewer projects. The person who scopes your system is the person who builds it and the person who hands it over.

That limits how much work we can take at once, which is deliberate. It also means nothing is lost in translation between the sales conversation and the deployment, and there is never a question about who understands the code.

We work with public sector departments, growing businesses, and teams who have outgrown the spreadsheet that used to be fine.

VioletTech is new. The experience behind it is not. Prior professional work has included:

National government

Delivery of enterprise business systems within a national department, including a live registration platform serving an international summit, and taking over maintenance of a legacy ASP.NET system with no documentation or handover. Work delivered under contract; the systems and their data belong to the department.

Private sector development

Custom system development for private clients, covering CRM design, HR systems and internal business applications across both Power Platform and ASP.NET, from requirements gathering through to deployment.
